How do I start a quiz session?
Open iRucA and tap the Start button on the home screen. You can choose a quiz category or tap Quick Start to begin immediately with a mixed set of questions.
Can I adjust the difficulty level?
Yes. Go to Settings and select your preferred difficulty — Easy, Normal, or Hard. The app also adapts automatically based on your recent performance to keep sessions appropriately challenging.
How is my progress tracked?
iRucA records your score, accuracy, and session duration for every quiz. You can view your history and improvement trends in the Progress section of the app.
Why are some questions repeated?
Spaced repetition is a core feature of iRucA. Questions you answered incorrectly or hesitated on are shown again at calculated intervals to reinforce memory retention.
Can I use iRucA without an internet connection?
Yes. All quiz content is stored locally on your device. An internet connection is only needed to sync your progress if iCloud is enabled or to check for content updates.
How do I reset my progress?
Go to Settings → Data → Reset All Progress. Please note this action is permanent and cannot be undone. Your quiz content is not affected.
Is my data backed up?
If you have iCloud backup enabled on your device, iRucA data is included in your device backup. You can also check Settings → Data to manage local storage.
The app is crashing or not responding — what should I do?
Please try the following steps: (1) Close the app completely and reopen it. (2) Restart your device. (3) Check that your iOS version and app version are up to date. If the problem persists, email us at contact@gzlightek.com with your device model and iOS version.
How do I cancel a subscription or request a refund?
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Go to the App Store → your profile photo → Subscriptions to cancel. Refunds must be requested through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
