Which languages does VoyZia support?
VoyZia supports a wide range of languages for voice and text translation, including English, Japanese, Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), Korean, Spanish, French, German, Vietnamese, Thai, and more. The full list is available in the app under Settings → Languages.
How does voice translation work?
Tap the microphone icon and speak naturally in your source language. VoyZia transcribes your speech and delivers the translation in real time. For best results, speak clearly and minimize background noise. The app requires microphone permission — you can grant this in your iOS Settings → VoyZia → Microphone.
How does camera translation work?
Switch to Camera mode and point your device at any text — signs, menus, documents. VoyZia reads the text using OCR and displays the translation overlaid on screen. Camera permission is required. You can grant it in iOS Settings → VoyZia → Camera.
Does VoyZia require an internet connection?
Yes. VoyZia uses AI-powered cloud translation, which requires an active internet connection. If you lose connectivity mid-session, translation will pause until the connection is restored.
Is my voice or text data stored?
Voice audio is processed in real time for transcription and is not stored on our servers. Text translations may be cached briefly for performance but are not retained long-term. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Can I save translations for later?
Yes. Tap the bookmark icon on any translation result to save it to your History. Saved translations are stored locally on your device and available offline.
The translation seems incorrect — how do I report it?
Tap the flag icon next to the translation result to submit a report. You can also email us at contact@gzlightek.com with the source text and incorrect output so we can investigate.
Why is translation slow or timing out?
Slow translation is usually caused by a weak internet connection. Try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data. If the issue persists, close the app, wait a moment, and reopen it. Very long texts may take a few seconds to process.
The app is crashing or not responding — what should I do?
Please try: (1) Force-close the app and reopen it. (2) Restart your device. (3) Update to the latest app version via the App Store. If the problem continues, email contact@gzlightek.com with your device model and iOS version.
How do I cancel a subscription or request a refund?
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Go to the App Store → your profile photo → Subscriptions to cancel. Refunds must be requested through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
