Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the VoyZia application ("App") operated by GZLighTek ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using VoyZia, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction), that you have read and understood these Terms, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
VoyZia is a mobile application that provides AI-powered voice and text translation services. The App is designed to assist travelers in communicating across language barriers. Translation accuracy may vary and should not be relied upon for critical communications, medical, legal, or safety purposes.
VoyZia may allow you to create an account to access additional features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by GZLighTek and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our written permission.
Some features of VoyZia may require a purchase or subscription. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's payment terms. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. TRANSLATION ACCURACY IS NOT GUARANTEED AND SHOULD NOT BE RELIED UPON FOR PROFESSIONAL PURPOSES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GZLIGHTEK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Yokohama, Kanagawa, Japan.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
