No. Voice audio is processed in real time and never stored as an audio file. The text transcript of your conversations is saved to your account to power progress tracking and review. See the Privacy Policy.
Mây teaches the accent you choose. It is picked from your city at setup (Hà Nội → Northern, elsewhere → Southern) and can be changed any time in Settings. Words from the other region are never marked as mistakes.
At Beginner and Elementary level, tap 読み方 under a Vietnamese sentence to see a katakana reading. It is only a guide — katakana cannot show tones, so always follow the tone marks and the audio.
This is usually a weak connection. Try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data. If it continues, close the app completely and reopen it.
Subscriptions are managed with your Apple ID: App Store → your profile photo → Subscriptions. Refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
In the App: Settings → Delete account. This permanently deletes your account and all associated data. You can also email us from the address linked to your account.

選んだ発音で練習できます。最初の設定でお住まいの地域から決まり（ハノイ → 北部、その他 → 南部）、設定からいつでも変更できます。もう一方の地域の言い方が間違いとされることはありません。
入門・初級レベルでは、ベトナム語の文の下の「読み方」をタップするとカタカナの読み方が表示されます。あくまで目安で、カタカナでは声調を表せません。声調記号と音声を必ず確認してください。
多くの場合、通信環境が原因です。Wi-Fiとモバイル通信を切り替えてみてください。改善しない場合は、アプリを完全に終了してから開き直してください。
サブスクリプションはApple IDで管理されています：App Store → プロフィール写真 → サブスクリプション。返金はreportaproblem.apple.comからAppleに申請してください。
アプリの「設定 → アカウントを削除」から削除できます。アカウントとすべての関連データが完全に削除されます。アカウントに登録したメールアドレスから当社にご連絡いただくことも可能です。
