By accessing or using Mây (メイ, the "App"), you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction), that you have read and understood these Terms, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Mây is a mobile application that provides AI-powered spoken Vietnamese conversation practice, correction, pronunciation feedback, and progress tracking, in Northern or Southern Vietnamese. AI-generated content, corrections and pronunciation scores may not always be accurate and are not a substitute for a qualified teacher. Katakana readings are approximations to help beginners and cannot represent Vietnamese tones.
You can create an account with Sign in with Apple or Google to save your learning progress. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time from Settings in the App.
You agree not to use the App to:
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by GZLighTek and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our written permission.
Some features require a Mây Pro subscription, available monthly or yearly. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies. Use of the App is also subject to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED. THE ACCURACY OF AI-GENERATED CONTENT, CORRECTIONS AND SCORES IS NOT GUARANTEED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GZLIGHTEK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
「メイ（Mây）」（以下「本アプリ」）を利用することで、13歳以上（地域の定める年齢以上）であり、本規約を読んで理解し、同意したものとみなされます。同意いただけない場合は、本アプリを利用しないでください。
本アプリは、AIによるベトナム語（北部または南部）の会話練習、添削、発音チェック、進捗の記録を提供します。AIが作成する内容・添削・発音スコアは常に正確とは限らず、資格のある教師の指導に代わるものではありません。カタカナの読み方は初心者向けの目安であり、ベトナム語の声調を表すことはできません。
Appleでサインイン、またはGoogleでサインインでアカウントを作成し、学習の進捗を保存できます。アカウントでの行為については利用者ご自身が責任を負います。アカウントは本アプリの設定からいつでも削除できます。
本アプリおよびその内容・機能は当社に帰属し、著作権・商標権などの法律で保護されています。当社の書面による許可なく、本アプリの全部または一部を複製・改変・配布・販売・貸与することはできません。
一部の機能は月額または年額のMây Proへの登録が必要です。料金は購入の確定時にApple IDに請求されます。現在の期間が終わる24時間前までに解約しない限り自動的に更新され、更新料金は期間終了前の24時間以内に請求されます。サブスクリプションの管理・解約はApple IDのアカウント設定から行えます。返金はAppleのポリシーに従ってAppleが対応します。本アプリの利用には、Appleの標準使用許諾契約（EULA）も適用されます。
本アプリは現状のまま提供され、明示・黙示を問わずいかなる保証も行いません。エラーがないこと、中断しないこと、AIが作成する内容・添削・スコアの正確性は保証されません。
法令で認められる最大限の範囲で、当社は本アプリの利用または利用できないことから生じる間接的・付随的・特別・結果的・懲罰的損害について責任を負いません。当社の責任の総額は、請求の直前12か月間に利用者が本アプリに支払った金額を上限とします。
本規約はベトナム法に準拠します。紛争はホーチミン市の裁判所を専属的管轄裁判所とします。ただし、お住まいの国の消費者保護法が別途定める場合はそれに従います。
当社は本規約を随時変更できます。重要な変更は最終更新日に反映されます。変更後も本アプリを利用された場合、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなされます。
本規約の英語版と日本語版の内容に相違がある場合は、英語版が優先されます。
