Privacy Policy

1. Who we are and what this policy covers

This policy explains how CONG TY TNHH CONG NGHE GZLIGHTEK (“GZLighTek”, “we”, “us”), Floor 14, HM Town Building, 412 Nguyen Thi Minh Khai, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam (tax code 0319673440), handles personal information collected through gzlightek.com — our homepage, services, company and product-information pages.

It does not cover our mobile apps or our other sites. Each app has its own privacy policy on its product page, and Ledgerly (ledgerly.jp) and VietBridges (vietbridges.com) are covered by their own policies.

2. Information we collect

• Contact form. Your name, e-mail address and message. The form is delivered to our mailbox by e-mail through Amazon Web Services; the form service does not keep its own copy of the message.
• Spam protection. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which runs a check in your browser to tell people from bots and processes technical signals such as your IP address and browser details. It loads together with the page that contains the form. A hidden field in the form also catches automated submissions.
• E-mail and LINE. If you write to contact@gzlightek.com or message us on LINE, we receive your e-mail address or LINE display name and the content of your message.
• Analytics (only if you accept). Pages viewed, referring page, approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser type, and a random identifier stored in cookies by Google Analytics.
• Technical logs. Our hosting and network providers (including Cloudflare) automatically record your IP address, date and time, requested URL and browser information for security and operation.
• Fonts. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when a page loads.
• Browser storage. Your language, light/dark theme and cookie choice are saved in your own browser (gz_lang, gz_theme, gz_consent). They are not sent to us.

We do not ask for sensitive information (for example health, financial-account or government-ID details). Please do not include it in your messages.

3. How we use it and why

• Answering your enquiry, preparing quotes and taking steps you ask for before a contract — because it is necessary to respond to you, and in our legitimate interest in running our business.
• Operating and securing the site and preventing spam and abuse — our legitimate interest.
• Understanding how the site is used so we can improve it — only with your consent (analytics cookies).
• Meeting legal obligations and handling disputes.

We use your contact details only to respond to you and follow up on your enquiry. We do not sell personal information and we do not make decisions about you by automated means.

4. Cookies and analytics

Google Analytics is switched off by default. It is loaded only after you click Accept in the cookie notice. If you click Decline — or change your mind later through Cookie settings in the page footer — it is not loaded, and the cookies listed below are removed.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

5. Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the site, and only as needed for that purpose:

• Amazon Web Services — e-mail delivery and server infrastructure for the contact form.
• Cloudflare — content delivery, hosting and Turnstile spam protection.
• Google — Google Analytics (only if you accept) and Google Fonts.
• LINE Corporation — if you contact us through LINE.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, to protect our rights, or in connection with a merger, sale or reorganisation of our business.

6. International transfers

We are based in Vietnam, and our providers operate in other countries (for example Japan and the United States). Information you send us may therefore be processed outside the country where you live. We use providers that offer appropriate safeguards and handle the information only as needed for the purposes above. By submitting the contact form you acknowledge this transfer.

7. How long we keep it

• Enquiries (e-mail and LINE messages): for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, then deleted or anonymised within a reasonable period.
• Analytics data: for the retention period configured in our Google Analytics account.
• Server logs: for the short periods set by our hosting providers.

8. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live (including under Vietnamese and Japanese personal-data law and, where it applies, the GDPR), you may ask us to:

• tell you whether we hold your personal information and give you a copy;
• correct it, delete it, or stop or limit our use of it;
• withdraw consent at any time (for analytics, use Cookie settings; withdrawal does not affect earlier processing).

To make a request, e-mail contact@gzlightek.com. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we will reply without undue delay and within the time required by law. You may also complain to the data-protection authority in your country.

9. Security

Pages are served over HTTPS, access to enquiries is limited to people who need it, and the contact form is protected against automated abuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

Our website is for businesses and adults and is not directed to children under 16. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, tell us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or the law change. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we will highlight significant changes on this page.
